Frequently asked questions
Can two people buy the same number?+
No. Every mobile number is a single, unique inventory item. Once a number is reserved or sold, other customers cannot purchase it.
What do SUM, ROOT and SCORE mean?+
SUM is the total of all ten digits. ROOT reduces that total to a single digit by adding its digits repeatedly (43 becomes 4 + 3 = 7). SCORE is currently equal to the root.

How does search understand my text?+
We read common phrases such as “starts with”, “ends with”, “under 5000” and pattern names, then turn them into ordinary filters you can adjust.
Why is a number missing or marked unavailable?+
Numbers can be reserved by another customer, sold, or temporarily withdrawn. Availability updates as inventory changes.
How do I request a refund?+
Open My Orders, select the order, and choose Request a refund. Our team reviews every request and updates the order status once it is processed.
